Please consider all these ears are handmade. Each quote is individually bend by hand and all flowers are carefully placed onto your headband one by one. So please consider a reasonable time for me to make your ears (at least 3 weeks, shipping not included), processing time may vary depending on the amount of orders.
I hold the right to refuse any order, in which case you will receive a message from me and a refund within 14 days.
Custom orders
Please message first before you order a full customized pair of ears. Use the contact form or [email protected] directly. We will discuss the possibilities for your wishes together.

Shipping prices for ears

Shipping standard to Belgium: €8,70
Shipping with insurance to Belgium: €9,90
Shipping standard to UK, EU and USA: €10,90
Shipping with tracking to UK, Netherlands, Germany, Luxemburg and France: €18,60
Shipping with tracking rest of Europe + USA: €35
Please add the 'Tracking code for shipping' with the right option to your bag if you want your ears to be shipped with tracking.
Shipping
Standard shipping is not tracked! You will not receive a tracking code and I am not responsible for any problems with postage (see below). If you would like a tracked order, an extra cost will be put into place. Please put the extra item 'tracking code for shipping' with the right option in your basket BEFORE checking out if you want your order to be shipped to you with a tracking code.
A photo of your ears will be send to you before the ears are shipped.
If you choose a pair of ears from the photos in the shop, it is not possible to get different flowers. Unless you are contacted by me because some flowers are no longer available.
If you choose a pair of custom ears, you are allowed to disagree with the design once. I will adapt the pair to your wishes, if you still not like the design, you will be refunded.
If you agree with your design, the ears will be dispatched as soon as possible. My designs are very fragile, they will carefully be packaged for shipping. I am not responsible for any damage in transit.
You will receive a message when your package is on it's way!
Please consider a reasonable time for your package to arrive. If you are getting concerned, do not hesitate to email me.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any duties and custom charges that may be incurred. Policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local office for detailed information about policies.
Be aware I am not responsible for any postage delays, damage in transit or loss of items. If you select standard postage, which is NOT tracked, you take responsibility for the item being sent and understand that there is NO tracking possible. If an item does not arrive, you will not be refunded if you ordered without tracking.
Returns
If you would have a reason to return your ears, please get in touch first. We will discuss the possible options. Please get in touch within 3 days after receiving your package, if we agree a return is allowed, please return within 30 days.
All returns are the buyers' responsibility to pay shipping costs.
After you've agreed with the design sent to you before shipping, it is not possible to return because 'you do not like them'. No refunds are available on any custom items.
If I am unable to get your ears ready before your trip and you have paid for them, you will be refunded, only if your visit date was clearly noted in the original order. If your ears have been posted in time, no refund is possible.
Additional Policies
I am able to create designs inspired by most characters. I do not replicate characters or state quotes are mine. All designs are inspired or themed by a character.
My artwork is in no way endorsed by, afflitiated with, authorize, licensed, or in any way connected with the Walt Disney Compony, Disney Enterprises or Pixar or any of the above mentioned design suggestions or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. I do not own any characters, trademarks, and my artwork is simply my interpretation of the characters and/or are merely inspired by those characters but not actual depictions.
