How long does it take for me to get my ears?

Please note that your pair of ears will take at least 3 weeks to get in process. Also consider that after this time of processing, reasonable amount of time should be considered for postage.

Processing may vary depending on the amount of orders.

How long does it take for you to reply my message?

Please give me 2 weeks time to get back to you if you message me. There is no need to write me multiple messages or email during this timespan of 14 days, I promise I will get back to you.

I am planning a trip to Disneyland, I really want my ears in time! What can I do?

Be sure to consider the processing time (at least 3 weeks) and shipping time before you order. Leave a note with the date of your visit at checkout, so I can keep this in mind while processing. Not sure if you'll get them in time? Please message me first and I will get in touch!

I am not responsible for any postage delays which may result in not receiving your ears in time for your visit.

If I am unable to get your ears ready before your trip and you have paid for them, you will be refunded, only if your visit date was clearly noted in the original order.

Why did you refuse my order?

I can only do so much. It is my right to refuse a certain design without me giving any reason. My artwork is influenced by availability of the products used and personal available time to process the orders.
